“For a product to carry the Alu-Rex name, it has to pass all the tests,” says Kevin.

In addition to internal testing, Alu-Rex works with third-party testing laboratories to validate performance objectively. If a product fails at any stage, it returns to development. As Tommy puts it, if it does not pass the test, the team goes back to work.

When Patents Are Not Enough

Over the years, Alu-Rex has obtained dozens of patents, many of which have never been commercialized. While the company is proud of its intellectual property, a patent alone does not guarantee a product launch.
If a product does not clearly outperform existing solutions or meet Alu-Rex’s strict quality standards, it will not be sold—even if it is patented. Protecting the reliability of the Alu-Rex name is always the priority.
